The Tulane Environmental & Energy Law Society is pleased to present its 26th Annual Summit on Environmental Law & Policy, to be held February 26th-27th, 2021 as a virtual conference. The Summit will feature concurrent, CLE-accredited panels and is open to attorneys, students, and university faculty, public interest organizations and the general public. Pricing:

Since COVID-19 has impacted our meeting in-person for the conference, we are waiving the traditional fees for CLE credit for this year.

CLE Credit Approved:

Alabama, 11.30 general hours, including 2.0 ethics

Louisiana, 11.25 general hours, including 1.25 ethics and 1.25 professionalism

Mississippi, 11.30 general hours, including 2.5 ethics

New Jersey, 13.5 general hours, including 3.0 ethics

New York, approved subject to New York’s jurisdictional policy: 13.5 general hours, including 3.0 ethics

Texas, 11.25 general hours, including 2.5 ethics

State Caps and Waivers – Distance Learning

Louisiana – The Supreme Court of Louisiana has ordered that the limitation on “self-study” credits be increased to 12.5 for 2021. This means you can earn all your hours online.

Mississippi – The Supreme Court of Mississippi has removed the limit on CLE credit earned through online programs for 2021. This means you can earn all your hours online.

New Jersey – The Supreme Court of New Jersey has relaxed the live classroom instruction requirements until further notice. Thus, all twenty-four credit hours for the compliance period may be fulfilled through approved courses offered in alternative verifiable learning formats. This means you can earn all your hours online at approved programs.
